The education Department: This section is active in the field of pre- school and primary school education. It has always tried to focus on and pay special attention to the basic and fundamental needs of the child, and make the environment around him/ her similar to that of the home and the family. The efforts and endeavors of this department have always been on using special art and literature in indirect education for the child. The educational teaching method of this section is of Waldorf’s holistic approach, which sees human as a whole being with different dimensions and features and existential layers. This approach believes that the purpose of training is to provide the opportunity for all-round development of human beings and tries to coordinate the aspects of emotion, thought and passion present in children in a way that each child will be nurtured. The process of learning disorders treatment: The characteristic of learning disabilities in a child or an adolescent is considered as the lack of progress in reading, writing, or mathematical skills as compared to the overall intelligence of the child. For children with learning disabilities, it is often difficult to keep pace with peer education in academic subjects, but in other subjects and curriculum they usually perform well. Learning disorders make children’s progress less likely to be based on potential and learning opportunities than normally expected. Learning disabilities often cause schooling to become agonizing for the child, and in some cases leads to discouragement, lack of self-esteem, frustration and weak relationships with peers. Evaluation and treatment stages for children with learning disabilities: In identifying learning disabilities, there must be a significant difference between the degree of progression and intelligence, and the person’s progress is significantly weaker compared to most of his or her peers. First, for the purpose of accurately identifying and assessing suspected children with learning disabilities, specialized tests are done, then to prevent and treat learning disruptions educational programs will start in individual or small groups. Department of Social work: The social worker involves the experts and professionals in the status and needs of the child in the institution, and helps the family accompany the health and support program. The social worker tries to identify and communicate with what is affecting the participation of social resources (the individual, family, community, and other centers) in the institution, in order to protect such children. The efforts of social workers are to support and protect the traumatized children and maintain the individual and social development of the child.
